Asterra is a contemporary residential quarter of 11 exclusive homes where modern architecture meets premium quality and privacy. Soft lines, expansive glazing, and spacious terraces shape a bright, refined living experience rooted in comfort and calm sophistication.
The brand identity reflects architectural clarity and the emotional value of place, positioning Asterra as a timeless yet modern residential environment.
Naming Concept
The name Asterra draws inspiration from the project’s location between two flower-named streets — Dahlias and Asters — both defined by star-shaped petals. Derived from Astra (Greek for “star”) and Terra (“land”), Asterra means “Land of Stars,” symbolizing each home as a unique element within a harmonious whole.
Logo & Symbolism
The logo is based on architectural balance and spatial structure. Stylized “A” forms are connected by a horizontal line expressing order, cohesion, and precision. From this axis emerges a subtle star element referencing both the aster flower and the project’s commitment to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
The mark merges location-driven storytelling with modern, timeless aesthetics.
Typography & Visual Direction
The identity uses Tenor Sans, a minimalist geometric typeface with refined classical proportions, reinforcing architectural elegance and premium positioning.
The visual language emphasizes lightness, balance, and clarity through clean layouts, soft contrasts, and structured compositions — reflecting the calm sophistication of contemporary living.
Project Summary
Asterra’s brand identity transforms architectural vision into a cohesive visual system rooted in symbolism, place, and modern elegance. Through refined typography, structured geometry, and meaningful storytelling, the brand communicates quality, trust, and elevated living — positioning Asterra as a distinctive and prestigious residential development.
